TO.MO.CA — Torrefazione Moderna Café — opened in the Piazza quarter of Addis Ababa in 1953 as Ethiopia's first commercial coffee roastery.

From the highlands of Yirgacheffe, Sidama and Harrar, we source the finest Arabica and roast it fresh.
